Although it is technically 2011, Q&A 2010-40 has been released.
Does anyone know which country's prescriptions the Q&A is based on? The requirement that the jury include at least three people "with knowledge of the rules" is at once a bit much and not nearly enough...
I also think the requirement to include 2 nationally certified judges is rather silly, but I'll keep the rest of my thoughts on the process of judge certification to myself, for now...
